Sanctuary Needs
We have a wide variety of animals (pigs, ducks, geese, goats, etc.) at the sanctuary and are always in need of different types of feed.  Since we have pigs, geese, and ducks, we can use infested feed.  Outdated or otherwise unsellable human food can be used, such as cereals, pastas, etc.  We understand some companies' reluctance to donate food items because of past negative experiences dealing with liability.  We would be most willing to provide you with a notarized release.  We can pick up donations within 2-3 hours of notification.

The sanctuary has an ongoing need for the following:

  • Animal Feed - for both large and small mammals
  • Yard Sale Items - for our monthly yard sale fundraiser
  • Boat, Motor, Trailer, Canoe - for water rescues
  • Building Materials - for fences cages, sheds, barns, chain link
  • Vehicles - truck, motor home, car, station wagon, jeep, etc.
  • Trailers - box, flatbed, horse
  • Volunteers - no matter what skills, age, physical handicaps or time restraints...

Nutritional Secrets

Super Blue Green Algae is used for all creatures - human, bird, reptile and mammal

The All Creatures Sanctuary rescues and rehabilitates approximately 1000 injured and orphaned wildlife annually.  The use of Cell Tech's Super Blue Green Algae is vital for the animals' recovery.  Without it, our success rate would be much lower than it is now.  We have witnessed the remarkable recovery of animals for which the veterinarians had given up hope.

We use Cell Tech's Animal Algae for:

  • Skin Conditions
  • Fractures
  • Malnutrition
  • Poisoning (from environmental toxins)
  • Stress (caused by the many traumas from which the animal has been rescued)

When:  Since good health starts with prevention, and all living creatures need excellent nutrition, algae is appropriate for any age and all living beings.  SBGA's wide variety of nutrients is an excellent way to start young on the road to health, maintain healthy adults, and bolster the health of those who are aging and/or debilitated.

Why:  Algae is the fundamental basis of the food chain and provides nutrition in its simplest and most diverse form.

  • SBGA is balanced by nature to provide a broad spectrum of micronutrients - essential nutrients that work together to promote healthy bodies.
  • Algae is enzymatically active to aid in digestion and assimilation of nutrients
  • Algae provides phytonutrients vital to the health of the immune system and essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6), which are vital to the health of the liver, heart, kidneys, and brain.
  • SBGA is an excellent source of naturally occurring chlorophyll, which supports blood and liver health and assists the body with cleansing of toxins.
  • SBGA contains trace amounts of almost every organic material in a form highly available tot he body.  These minerals are necessary for the body to absorb vitamins and utilize food.  In addition, trace minerals help maintain liver function, support growth, support proper development, support strong bones, as well as promote health skin and hair.
  • Algae provides natural, whole vitamins in small, balanced amounts to transform food into energy.  In particular, SBGA provides B vitamins to support the nervous system and betacarotene (which is essential for reproduction, growth, skin and hair, eyes and respiratory health).
  • SBGA provides all 22 amino acids.  These essential and non-essential amino acids occur in a naturally balanced form and have retained their nutrient content through specialized processing.

What to Look For:  Improvements in overall health will be reflected in skin and hair - all normal results of a well nourished body.  Improvements in learning and ability to focus, and reduction of depression and hyperactivity can be expected as well.

Bennie and Friend Stand by Van Willliams and wife donated.

Voyager Donated To All Creatures Sanctuary

Bennie Williams poses with a 35 lb possum, just one of the many animals at the All Creatures Sanctuary.

Bennie stands by the 1987 Plymouth Voyager he and his wife Glorida donated to the Sanctuary last week.

Tish Hennessay, Director of All Creatures, said, "We call the car "Giddy-Up Go" because it is dependable and has power to pull trailers. It's a wonderful vehicle and just what we needed," she said.

Williams said the vehicle was his former "Chili Cookoff Van". In the 1980s, he won $10,000.00 in contest with chili and even cooked chili at the Seattle World's Fair.

Many trophies that he won for his chili now decorate his home. He cooked all over Florida and in other states.

After buying a new car, he did not need the van anymore and saw an article in the VOICE where the All Creatures Sanctuary needed a van.

He told his wife Gloria, "I think we have found a good home for the van". They called Tish Hennessay and she came and they signed the papers right then.

"It runs like a dream. We love it," Tish said.

Just after I took this photo, the van was off on an emergency to pick up an animal.
